Jeremiah Cotman

Marketing and Programs Manager

Jeremiah leads the team in all of our programs and in our marketing efforts. From Statistically Speaking, to Workshops, to Consulting, he keeps everything we do moving toward fulfilling our mission to improve the lives of researchers.

Jeremiah joined the team in 2018 and has a degree in English Literature from The Ohio State University. His background includes copywriting, communications, member engagement, facility and operations management, and facilitating entrepreneurship education.

Mike Grace-Martin

Programmer

Mike is the person who makes everything work behind the scenes. He also keeps all of our websites, special features, videos, and platforms running smoothly.

Mike has over 20 years experience in website usability, creation, and programming. He has served in various capacities to create and support great web sites for The Channel Islands Marine Sanctuary, eCornell, and Cornell University, among others.

He holds a masters in Cognitive Psychology, with an emphasis on Human-Computer Interaction.

Paula Riley

Customer Support and Communications
Paula is the primary voice of our customer support efforts, fielding your inquiries and making sure you are set up for success with our programs. She also assists in marketing through email, our blog, and social media.

Paula graduated in 2007 with a criminology degree from University of Arkansas, and has worked in customer support, marketing and media in a variety of contexts. She came to The Analysis Factor in 2023 after working in marketing in Florida.
